What are the earrings made of?All of my earrings are made with Polymer Clay. They are durable and extremely lightweight. The backings (posts & clip-ons) are stainless steel and nickel free. Each pair is handmade and may have tiny imperfections; such as color, bubbles, or texture. That's the joy of handmade!

How do I care for my earrings?Though polymer clay is a durable material, it is still fragile and should be treated with the same amount of care as other jewellery. Please try not to bend or drop the earrings as that could result in damage. To clean the earrings, wipe them gently with a slightly damp cloth. Please store in a dry location.

Do you accept custom orders?Yes! You can purchase a custom pair of earrings through the custom order page. Or fill out the form on the page to request a wall hang, trinket dish, or larger/smaller earrings.

Processing TimeEarrings that are premade have a 1-3 day processing time. Custom made earrings & Preorders have a 14 day processing time. Please note that I am not responsible for an item's arrival time once they are dropped off to be shipped.

Shipping InformationWe offer Canada wide untracked letter mail shipping for $4, or tracked shipping for $25 through Canada Post. For United States shipping we offer untracked shipping for $10 or tracked shipping for $20. And for International shipping we offer untracked shipping for $12. If you are local to Notre Dame, NB there is a local pick up option at check out. *For custom orders please select the Tracked Shipping option at checkout as it will have tracking and come in a bigger box.

Do you accept returns?I do not offer returns or exchanges at this moment.

What happens if my earrings break?You will have 30 days from purchase to send back broken earrings for repair. I do not replace lost earrings.

What happens if my package is lost in the mail?Once a package is shipped it is no longer my responsibility. If there is tracking please use it or contact Canada Post. If it is shipped letter mail it can sometimes take a few weeks longer. Lost packages will not be replaced or refunded. And packages delivered to the wrong address will not be replaced or refunded. Please make sure you have the correct address at checkout.
